The COC certificate (Certificate of Conformity) is a mandatory document certifying that a vehicle complies with European regulations. It is required for vehicle registration and must be submitted in XML format to the Ministry of Infrastructure and Transport through the NPI process or eReg-IVI File.
The New Vehicle Registration Process (NPI) is the Italian digital system for submitting COC certificates. Through our platform, manufacturers can create and submit certificates in XML format directly to the Ministry of Infrastructure and Transport, ensuring fast turnaround times and regulatory compliance.
eReg-IVI File is the European system managed by the Association of European Vehicle and Driver Registration Authorities for exchanging vehicle information between European Union countries. The NAP (National Access Point) is the national access point for submitting COC certificates. We can establish access to numerous NAPs across the European Union, ensuring service continuity for every manufacturer through stable and redundant systems.
With our digital platform, COC certificate submission is immediate. Once all required data has been entered, the certificate is generated in XML format and automatically sent to the Ministry of Infrastructure and Transport. From that moment, the vehicle is ready for registration.
